Synthesis

Introduction

Synthesis reveals insights and explores methods on each stage of the design process. All 10 members of the project worked together to create the name, main concept, brand design, wayfinding system, marketing materials, build the exhibition, and documentation of the entire process from start to finish.

The individual roles I played were creating the 2D elevation drawings, cutting and peeling vinyl for the letters, and documenting the exhibition creation process.

Brand

Synthesis stands for the act of mixing, reflecting, and combining design directions and executed forms in order to make a final product. By showing the process rather than the final product, Synthesis models to show freedom to think beyond a hard cut formula.
